Fagan is facing alot of heat over this including recall

One lawyer on Fox News’ Greta Van Susteren show called him “a wacko,” while a former district attorney asked, “who voted this guy into office?”
Fagan also clashed with MSNBC’s Dan Abrams, who told the lawmaker: “I was completely offended by your comments. Most people who heard that would be more than offended by that and they will hate lawyers more than they hated them before and I think you’ve done a great disservice.”
Abrams, an attorney, also said: “Don’t you think you owe an apology to the people of Massachusetts and the people of this country?”
Fagan has stood by the comments and said he was using “hyperbole” while highlighting the pitfalls of Jessica’s Law for lawmakers, many of whom are unfamiliar with court proceedings.
Seeking to downplay the impact of his words, Fagan said on MSNBC: “The public isn’t watching. That’s a closed broadcast.”
Of course, all House debates are open to the public and videos of many are available on the Internet.
Write stuff?
Speaking of Fagan, his angry rant apparently has roused Democrats in Taunton.
Seizing on the outrage over his comments, a group of Dems have gotten together and are organizing a write-in campaign against Fagan.
